I never want to see this stuff again!

I understand my share is 40% of the basic consignment price for all items sold in the 60-day contract period. Shoppers pay an item fee on every item in the store, which is not split with the consignor.

I understand that Wear it again, Sam Inc will make a concerted effort to sell my items for me but that Sam makes no guarantee that items will sell in the contract period. Sam may sell or dispose of unsold items after the 60-day contract. Markdowns and sales are at Sam’s discretion.

____ Mail my check and deduct $1. If check mailing is desired, the consignor must request it. One check will be issued at the end of a contract period and a $1 processing fee will be deducted from the proceeds.

Sam reserves the right to “charity” an item if a MAJOR FLAW is found during processing. Sam may elect to fix the flaw and charge the buyer an additional fee for value-added to the item.

All address changes will be reported promptly. Accounts left dormant for two years or more without current addresses will forfeit proceeds to Wear it again, Sam Inc.

Wear it again, Sam Inc is NOT LIABLE for LOSS or DAMAGE to consigned articles from any and all perils.

This consignment contract overrides and supercedes all preexisting contracts with Wear it again, Sam Inc. I agree to all terms and certify that I own the items brought in with all rights to sell such items.
